Pace of Grace

We meet every Monday 7:30 to 8:30 in the Chapel (except the 3rd Monday of the month). Come join us!

How are you, really?  Are you caught up in what seems to be a F.O.G. - Fatigued, Overwhelmed, and Guilty?  Are you running on empty?  Too many of us have moved from being “A”-Type personalities to being “E”-Type personalities - doing everything for everybody! How do we reclaim our lives, our time and our energy? How can we sustain a sense of daily grace?  Through insightful, informative and scriptural discussions the Pace of Grace Seminars offers four important opportunities to people who desire a different way of living.

The Opportunity to Pause in Life

so that one can move beyond the exhaustive pace which many fall prey to by offering a space for grace to do its work within our spirits.

The Opportunity to Pace Yourself

so that one can acquire principles to set a “life pace” that sets healthy life affirming boundaries to inform one’s life.

The Opportunity to Practice the Presence of God

by creating a sacred space for reflection so that one can ground themselves in grace every day.

The Opportunity to Plan a Sustainable Life

so that one can organize and prioritize their days to balance mind, body and spirit as one opens them self to joy and abundance; and as one seeks, in their own way, to make a difference in their life and world.
