Praying Hands

Join the "Prayer Chain"

We are happy to announce that a "Prayer Chain" has been started at St. Andrew's. Members of the congregation who belong to the Prayer Chain Group will pray privately and confidentially for those who request special prayers.

A completed Prayer Request Form can be placed in the prayer box in the narthex.

Anyone wishing to join the Prayer Chain Group may contact the office or a member of the Membership & Pastoral Care Committee.

We at St. Andrew's have much to be grateful for, a welcoming and loving community, uplifting worship services, dedicated leaders, passionate volunteers, a growing church, great ideas and a Lord who gives new life.

If you are looking for a place to belong; or if you are seeking a place to simply be and become and have a new beginning; take a look at St. Andrew's. It is a place that you will feel welcome, and you will be blessed, and perhaps here, you too, can be the blessing that you are in God's sight.

May God Bless You,

Rev. Dr. John Niles

Tree of Life

Located in the church sanctuary, the tree’s great expanse of branches symbolizes life, and our mission to reach out to the community. The trunk nurtures and sustains life, defining the vigor with which St. Andrew’s United Church continues to provide hope, respect and compassion for all.

The leaves and foundation stones may be inscribed to honour, highlight, commemorate or memorialize significant people and events in our lives.

Please join us by honouring a loved one and sharing with others the joy of the meaningful events that have touched and illuminated your life.
