Truth & Reconciliation

We begin by acknowledging that we walk and meet upon the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and the Anishinaabe peoples. We recognize their history, spirituality, culture and stewardship of the lands.

We would also like to acknowledge that these are the treaty lands of the Williams Treaty. We acknowledge this land and these peoples because the first step to reconciliation is recognizing the Indigenous people in this place we call Canada. A shared understanding of our collective past will help us walk together into a better future.
